December Bill Listing – review and approve the monthly bill listing and check reconciliation of the previous month
2018 Agency Meeting Schedule – review the draft 2018 meeting schedule and consider any changes, authorize advertisement of the schedule
2018 Organizational Meeting – announce the 2018 organizational meeting of the Board of Commissioners on January 2, 2018 at 7:00 PM
Resolution No. 1440 – a resolution authorizing the disposition of Township records in accordance with the Pennsylvania Municipal Records Act
Library Committee membership – consider the reappointment of four existing members
Library Committee By-Laws – adoption of updated bylaws of the Library Committee
Resolution No. 1441 – a resolution accepting deeds of dedication for public use the ultimate right of way of Oreland Mill Road and Hawkswell Circle, Springfield Manor Development
Resolution No. 1442 – a resolution prohibiting a category 4 “mini casino” within Springfield Township
Zoning Hearing Board – announce the agenda of any special or regular meeting of the Zoning Hearing Board
Zoning Hearing Board membership – consider the reappointment of one existing member
Recycling Report – review the monthly recycling activities
Stop Signs – review a request to install stop signs on the minor/side streets within the Summit Valley neighborhood
2018 Budget Hearing – conduct a budget hearing and discuss the 2018 preliminary budget
2018 Budget Adoption – close the business affairs of the Township for 2017 and adopt the 2018 budget
