BUSINESS MEETING - BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 11, 2019 – 7:30 PM

  1. Bill Listing – review and approve the December bill listing and November check reconciliation
  1. 2020 Agency Meeting Schedule – announce the 2020 meeting schedule and authorize advertisement of the schedule
  1. 2020 Organizational Meeting – announce the 2020 organizational meeting of the Board of Commissioners to be held on January 6, 2020 at 6:30 PM
  1. Library Advisory Committee – consider the reappointment of two existing members
  1. Public Works Bargaining Unit – authorize a new employment contract with the Public Works Department for 2020 - 2023
  1. Recycling Report – review the monthly recycling activities
  1. Environmental Advisory Commission – consider the appointment of a resident to fill a vacancy on the Commission
  1. Resolution No. 1485 – a resolution extending the Township’s participation in the Wissahickon Clean Water Partnership through March 31, 2021
  1. Trumbauer Drive – establish a No Parking zone on the north side of Trumbauer Drive from Cheltenham Avenue to a point 308’ westerly thereof
  1. Zoning Hearing Board Agenda – announce the agenda of any special or regular meeting of the Zoning Hearing Board
  1. Zoning Hearing Board Membership – consider the reappointment of one exiting member
  1. Public Hearing - Ordinance No. 962 – Historic Resource Overlay District
  1. 2020 Budget Hearing – conduct a budget hearing on the 2020 preliminary budget
  1. 2020 Budget Adoption – close the business affairs of the Township for 2019 and adopt the 2020 budget
