Township Manager’s Report – discuss operational issues as outlined in the Monthly Report
December Bill Listing – review and approve the monthly bill listing and check reconciliation of the previous month
2019 Agency Meeting Schedule – review the draft 2019 meeting schedule and consider any changes, authorize advertisement of the schedule
Library Advisory Committee – consider reappointment of one existing member, meet with candidates to fill one vacancy on the Committee
2019 Budget Hearing – conduct a budget hearing and discuss the 2019 preliminary budget
2019 Budget Adoption – close the business affairs of the Township for 2018 and adopt the 2019 budget
Local Services Tax – appointment of Berkheimer Tax Administrator as local services tax collector
Resolution No. 1462 – a resolution authorizing execution of an agreement engaging Berkheimer as the local services tax collector
Resolution No. 1463 – a resolution appointing a liaison for the Township to receive confidential information from Berkheimer
Resolution No. 1464 – a resolution imposing costs for collection of delinquent taxes and authorizing retention of the fees for services rendered
Resolution No. 1465 – a resolution appointing Berkheimer as the Township hearing officer pursuant to the Local Taxpayers Bill of Rights.
Comcast Cable TV Franchise Agreement – present preliminary Cable TV Franchise Agreement for public comment. Possible action in January.
Traffic Study – E. Mill/Highland/Penn Oak – review results of an engineering study and consider steps to implement recommendations
Subdivision – 225 Northwestern LLC, 225 Northwestern Avenue – a four lot residential subdivision; subdivision only, does not include land development of the three unimproved lots.
Liquor License Transfer – Flourtown Movie Tavern, transfer from Movie Tavern/VSS-Southern Theaters, LLC to MMT Lapagrava, LLC/Marcus Corporation (Marcus is purchasing Movie Tavern Theaters)
Ready for 100 – presentation from P. Eddis and J. B. Smith, of the Township Environmental Advisory Commission, on alternative energy resources
Ordinance No. 958 – an ordinance approving the extension of an intergovernmental cooperation agreement to prepare the Wissahickon Creek Watershed Alternative Total Maximum Daily Load Plan
Recycling Report – review the monthly recycling activities
Traffic Signal – Bethlehem Pike at Gordon Road – discuss preliminary analysis of warrants by PennDOT
Zoning Hearing Board Agenda – announce the agenda of any special or regular meeting of the Zoning Hearing Board
Zoning Hearing Board Membership – meet with two existing members of the Zoning Hearing Board for consideration of reappointment to the Board.
