Township Manager’s Report – discuss operational issues as outlined in the Monthly Report
May Bill Listing – review and approve the monthly bill listing and check reconciliation of the previous month
Public Hearing –Verizon Cable TV Franchise Renewal, receive public comment on past performance of Verizon
2019 Highway Resurfacing Program – review the recommended streets to receive the maintenance
Bucks County Water and Sewer Authority Bills – discuss recent invoices from BCWSA which appear to be improper
Public Hearing – proposed amendment to the Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance related to the posting of financial security for public improvements
Recycling Report – review the monthly recycling activities
Wissahickon Creek Clean Water Partnership – an update on the status of the Partnership and the interest for cooperation related to the implementation of the “Water Quality Improvement Plan”
Environmental Advisory Commission – discuss possible allocation of the proceeds from the sale of property for use by the EAC
Recreation Center – review a request for the use of the recreation center for a family party with an alcohol prohibition waiver
Memorial Day Event – consider a request from the A.V. Savage American Legion Post to utilize Veterans Park for a community day event on May 27, 2019
Traffic Study – school zone – Springfield High School and Middle School, Paper Mill Road – review the study results
Parking Prohibition – Haws Lane on both sides in the vicinity of the route 309 overpass
Stop Sign – consider a recommendation to install a stop sign on St. Clair Road northbound at Paper Mill Road
Stop Sign – consider a recommendation to install a stop sign on Campbell Lane westbound at Mermaid Lane
Zoning Hearing Board Agenda - announce the agenda of any special or regular meeting of the Zoning Hearing Board
Township Website – receive an update from the committee studying areas to upgrade the Township website
