WORKSHOP MEETING – BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

JUNE 10, 2019 – 7:00 PM

  1. Township Manager’s Report – discuss operational issues as outlined in the Monthly Report

  2. June Bill Listing – review and approve the monthly bill listing and check reconciliation of the previous month

  3. Resolution No. 1475 – a resolution appointing TD Bank, NA as an agent of certain financial assets of the Township, and authorizing the Township Manager/Secretary to issue instructions to enable the bank to discharge its obligations as Agent of the Township’s assets.

  4. Delinquent Sewer and Refuse Fees – consider a request from a Township resident to waive the interest associated with a sewer and refuse fee delinquency from 2012

  5. Sale of Township Equipment – consider authorizing the sale of a 2013 Chevrolet Tahoe via the Municibid on-line auction site.

  6. Bid – 2019 highway resurfacing program – review the bid results and consider awarding a contract for the annual highway resurfacing program

  7. Microsurfacing Program – review a recommendation by the Public Works Director to apply a microsurfacing treatment to Edann Road as part of the annual highway maintenance program

  8. Sidewalk Request – Ehrenpfort Avenue – review a request by a resident to install curbs and sidewalk along Ehrenpfort Avenue, between Roesch Avenue and Bridge St.

  9. Construction Release – review and consider a mutual release of claims between the Township and General Contractor for landscape work at the municipal complex

  10. Recycling Report – review the monthly recycling activities

  11. Environmental Advisory Commission membership – consider the reappointment of one existing member and accept the resignation of another; consider appointing an alternate member to fill the vacancy created by the resignation

  12. Emergency Refueling Agreement – consider entering into an agreement with Montgomery County to provide emergency refueling services in the event of a large incident disaster

  13. Stop Sign - Campbell Lane – consider a recommendation to install a stop sign on Campbell Lane westbound at Mermaid Lane

  14. Traffic Study – Rose Lane – review the results of a traffic study completed by the Police Department

  15. Speed Limit Signs – Hawkswell Circle – review a recommendation from the police department regarding the placement of speed limit signs on the subject roadway

  16. Traffic Complaint – Haws Lane – discuss the traffic queue at Haws Lane prohibiting residents from accessing their homes on Lucon Road

  17. Zoning Hearing Board Agenda – announce the agenda of any special or regular meeting of the Zoning Hearing Board
