Township Manager’s Report – discuss operational issues as outlined in the Monthly Report
August Bill Listing – review and approve the monthly bill listing and check reconciliation of the previous month
Flourtown Country Club – discuss the banquet operations and calculation of future gross receipts by the operator
Refuse Disposal Services – consider exercising a three year extension to the refuse disposal contract with Covanta 4Recovery, LLC dated October 23, 2014
Resolution No. 1479 – a resolution authorizing application to the Montgomery County Transportation Program to provide funding for the installation of school warning signals along Paper Mill Road near State Route 309
Police Car – authorize the purchase of a police patrol car to replace a vehicle that was damaged in a collision
Bamboo Ordinance – consider enacting an ordinance prohibiting the growing or planting of bamboo
Historic Resource Overlay District Ordinance – review a draft ordinance creating an historic resource overlay zoning district
Recycling Report – review the monthly recycling activities
Environmental Advisory Commission – interview an associate member of the commission to fill an existing vacancy
Recreation Center – review a request for the use of the rec center for a family party with an alcohol prohibition waiver
Cisco Park – review requests by two religious organizations to utilize Cisco Park
Paper Mill Run/Hillcrest Pond – review a request from a Township resident to utilize Paper Mill Run and Hillcrest Pond to conduct a “rubber ducky derby” fundraiser following the annual community day activities
Laurel Beech Park – review a request from a Township resident to conduct a fundraiser at Laurel Beech Park
Zoning Hearing Board Agenda - announce the agenda of any special or regular meeting of the Zoning Hearing Board
Township Website – review the results of a survey to identify municipal website providers and the costs associated with designing and hosting a new website
