Biography:
Commissioner Harbison was elected to the Board of Commissioners in 2005.
Commissioner Harbison is the liaison to the Open Space Planning Committee, the Black Horse Inn Advisory Committee and Shade Tree Commission. Mr. Harbison served as President of the Board of Commissioners from 2008 - 2011.
Mr. Harbison is the President of the Wyndmoor Civic Association, Former Board Chairman of the Wilma Theater, and current President of the American Running Association. He also serves on the boards of the Friends of the Wissahickon and the Chestnut Hill Garden District Fund.
