Join Jeromee Baker, certified yoga instructor, personal trainer, reiki master, and flexologist for an engaging and rejuvenating class which anyone can do.

Classes are every Wednesday, 11 AM to 12 PM, from January 31 through April 24. No registration required. Drop in to whatever classes you are able to.

You can sit, stand, or use a yoga mat; whichever works best for you. Please do bring a yoga mat or blanket to have on hand.
