Celebrate Library Card Sign-up Month this September with the Free Library of Springfield Township and the American Library Association! We're inviting everyone to discover the incredible resources and opportunities available by signing up for a library card.
This year, we’re thrilled to have Optimus Prime from the TRANSFORMERS as our special ambassador, highlighting that there's more than meets the eye at the library. Whether you're looking to enhance your skills, find valuable information, or connect with fellow avid readers, a library card unlocks a world of possibilities.
Today’s libraries are vibrant community centers offering much more than just books. At the Free Library of Springfield Township, you'll find diverse programs, book clubs, story times, art programs, reading to a dog, and more.
Curious about exploring a new hobby or learning a new language? We have the resources you need. Interested in reading or listening to books on your devices? We offer a variety of e-books and audiobooks that you can access with your library card. Did you know that our library offers museum passes for checkout? There’s truly something for everyone at the library.
Getting a library card is easy and is an essential step toward academic success and lifelong learning for students. Everyone should have one! All you need is proof of residency in Springfield Township, like a driver's license or utility bill that has your name and local address on it. Children and teens can also get their own library cards; they need a parent/guardian signature and proof of that adult's residency.
Don’t miss out! Visit the Free Library of Springfield Township to sign up for a library card and discover all that we have to offer.
